You agree to use this site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in any way that could damage the store or other customers.

All prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. An order is confirmed once payment is approved and you receive a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you will be refunded in full.

Limited releases are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out without notice.

We do our best to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colours and finishes can vary slightly between screens and between individual garments, particularly on washed and hand-finished pieces.

All content on this site — the STRAIGHT HEAD™ name, logos, artwork, photography and copy — belongs to STRAIGHT HEAD™ and may not be used without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STRAIGHT HEAD™ is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which STRAIGHT HEAD™ is registered, without regard to conflict of law rules.

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
